Devlog #11. Equipment, trade and reputation system


In the past week we have made significant progress with work with hero's equipment.

So, several types of equipment will be available in the game at once: firearms and blunt weapons, bows and crossbows, swords and daggers, as well as consumable items like powder bombs, potions, etc.

At the moment, the mechanics of generating the parameters of things and the good range of merchants have been worked out, and most importantly - the process of purchase and sale itself. To make the choice of things more convenient, a mechanic has been introduced for comparing the parameters of the good with a similar one, but already worn on the hero.

The reputation earned in the village will affect the availability of certain goods.

All this will add excitement to the game in the form of the need to constantly monitor the change in the assortment available to the hero based on his merits (reputation).
